Welcome to Mabel. A small creative department, with a lot of experience.
Mary-Sue Masson & Claire Lambert, (we said it was small) spent several years as creatives in advertising, before moving to the BBC.
The Beeb gave them a whole load of broadcasting experience and in turn Mabel gave the Beeb a whole load of awards. Whilst there, Claire furthered her skills as a script-writer, and Mary-Sue trained as a director.
After becoming a freelance team Mabel picked up more awards, including a D&AD, Cannes Lion and a BTAA Gold.
It's this mix of advertising and broadcasting experience that means Mabel can make great ideas work in any medium.
In her spare time Claire is developing a number of writing projects, including a documentary for Eyeworks TV. Mary-Sue also directs through Bare Films.
